Is the turkey that comes with the package hot?
Yes, the turkey is fully roasted, hot and ready to eat. (Note: the mashed potatoes, poultry gravy, and stuffing need to be reheated and simple reheating instructions are included with the package.)

Can the turkey be ordered without the package
We do not offer the turkey without ordering the package.

Can the add-on items be ordered without the package?
We do not offer the add-on items without a package order.

What's the difference between the package that Zippy's offers and the one that A Catered Experience offers?
The main difference is that the one from A Catered Experience is hot and ready to eat while the one from Zippy's is chilled and needs to be reheated. In addition, the package from A Catered Experience includes a Napoleon's Bakery Pumpkin Pie® while the package from Zippy's does not include a pie (although it's available as an additional order).

Do you offer a half package?
We only offer the full package. (Zippy's offers a half package.)

If I'm already ordering a package, can I add on another turkey?
A whole turkey (10-12 lbs.) can be added. (Limit one per package purchased.)

Can the turkey package be picked up at a different location?
The package is only available for pick up at the Hawaii Okinawa Center in Waipio Gentry on Thanksgiving Day.

I don't want to place my order online, can I do so in person?
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are not meeting customers in person in our office. Please call us at (808) 677-7744 and we can arrange to meet with you outside of our office. You can also request for an order form to be faxed, mailed or emailed to you (deadline for mail-in orders is November 6, 2020).

How many people does a package serve?
The package serves approximately 8 people.

Can I replace the pumpkin pie with a different pie?
Substitutions cannot be made to the package.

Can I add a fruit platter or tossed greens to my order?
No. We are only offering the package and the items on the 'Add-On Items' list (see link below for our Price List).

Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations and changes can be made up to November 19, 2020. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.

What will my credit card statement show?
It should show a charge from SP A.C.E. HOLIDAY (SP is Shopfiy, A.C.E. is A Catered Experience) or SP*A.CATERED.EXPERIE.
